由於科技的進步,非線性負載的用電設備愈來愈多,其產生之諧波電流及造成諧波電壓,使得電力系統中諧波污染日益嚴重。對於電力諧波問題,國際上已制訂了如IEEE Std.519-1992 之標準做為管制及改善諧波之參考,衛星地面站有很多會產生諧波的用電設備,其諧波狀況尚未被探討,故本文之目的是在探討衛星地面站電力諧波的問題。 首先,使用電力諧波量測儀,實際量測衛星地面站各負載配電盤的諧波電壓及諧波電流,然後由電腦記錄諧波電壓及諧波電流值。並依據已知負載設備,驗證電力諧波理論對設備產生諧波之現象;最後根據量測的數據及分析結果,評估諧波狀況及因應對策。 本報告所提出的諧波量測及分析結果,除供現有衛星地面站的諧波改善之依據,亦可供未來設置衛星地面站時,規劃設計各種設備的諧波改善之參考,提昇衛星地面站的電力品質。
Because the advancement of science and technology, More and more non-linear loads used in the power system which will produce harmonic current and harmonic voltage to pollute the power system. Some international standards had been established for specifying and improving power harmonics, limitations such as IEEE Standard. 519-1992. In the satellite ground station, many equipments will produce harmonics. This report is to discuss satellite ground station power harmonic problems. The harmonic voltages and currents are first measured from various load panels of satellite ground station by power harmonic meter. Then, the measured harmonic currents and voltages are recorded and analyzed by computer to verify with harmonic theory. Finally, the harmonic situations of other can not be measured loads are assessed based on the above measured data and analysis results. The improving strategies are also proposed. The harmonic measurement data and analysis results proposed by this report will provide for improving the harmonic problems in existed satellite ground stations, and for harmonic improvements on various equipments and power quality upgrading in the future satellite ground stations.
