諧波對非晶質鐵心變壓器的性能影響分析與測試

摘要


近年來由於電力電子負載廣泛的被大量使用,造成許多諧波電流源進入電力系統中,以致對負載及電力系統元件產生供電品質不良的效應,使系統上的損失增加。 本文乃針對配電級非晶質及矽鋼片25KVA變壓器受諧波影響加以分析比較。利用Chroma ac source 6512諧波電壓產生器及ADX3010電力品質分析器以各種諧波電壓波形對變壓器做無載(開路及短路)及有載試驗,可得到變壓器在諧波下之銅損、鐵損及輸出功率。 本文研究結果希望對變壓器設計者及使用者提供有益的參考。

In recent years, power electronic loads have been used widely, therefor, many harmonic current sources exist in the power system, this will affect loads and power system, components cause distribute power quality poor, additional losses, and misfunction of devices. In this thesis, the effects of harmonics on amorphous and silicon steel 25KVA transformers of distribution system are analyzed. Using Chroma ac source 6512 harmonic voltage generator and ADX3010 power quality analyzer to do unload (open circuit and short circuit) and loaded experiments on transformer under harmonic conditions. Hope that it can be a good reference for transformer designers and users.
