骨磨手術可做細緻的切削或磨亮骨頭、關節及許多組織,且已經廣泛的使用在外科、上頜骨及耳鼻喉科。因此,刀具掃開體積容積素化是一個利用容積從事手術模擬必須計算的,但也是最耗時的。一個切削動作的執行藉由刀具掃開病人斷層掃描片所構成的容積。研究目的在於加快刀具掃開體積的計算,以達成即時視覺及觸覺手術模擬。 在本研究中,我們以刀具位置角度為主,避開表現刀具及交點的繁雜計算,以達即時計算的目的。在我們手術模擬的顯示中,多種類的刀具掃開體積表現及交點也可以即時,可以達成即時視覺及觸覺手術模擬的目的。我們使用複雜脊髓手術,說明我們提出的方法之實用性及功能性。

In the display of our operation simulation, many cutter of kind is it turn on swpet volume display and point of intersect can immediately, can reach instant vision and sense of touch purpose. A complicated spinal surgery illustrates the practicality and versatility of the proposed method.
