應用精實六標準差於流程改善之研究—以製造樹脂及助劑公司為例

摘要


本研究以製造樹脂及助劑之化學產業為例,應用精實六標準差D-Square MAIC(D2MAIC)模式進行個案研究,應用結果降低丙烯酸樹脂產品品質特性的變異,提升製程精密度58.1%,並改善顧客抱怨回覆處理速度流程週期效益從34.9% 提升至62.1%,驗證了精實六標準差D2MAIC模式適用於化學產業並可發揮卓越的成效,本個案亦可作為其它產業應用精實六標準差問題解決方案時的參考。

This research selected a chemical industry in resin and additive manufacturing as the territory of case study on applying Lean Six Sigma D-Square MAIC (D2MAIC) model. After the application, product characteristic variation is reduced and capabilbity of precision of acrylic acid resin has been promoted 58.1%. Moreover, the customer complaint reply process cycle efficiency is improved from 34.9% to 62.1%. It has successfully proved that D2MAIC model is applicable to chemical industry and capable of creating remarkable performance. Besides, this research could be a reference of some case study when applying the solution of Lean Six Sigma to the other industries.
