摘要

本研究結合精實生產概念與模擬工具，進而建構出一「精實模擬模式」(Lean Simulation Model)促使流程改善更具效率。本模式共分為五大階段，分別為構想階段(Conceptualize)、研究階段(Investigate)、改善階段(Improve)、確認階段(Validate)、追蹤階段(Track)， 本研究逐步描述各階段的執行方式，並以戶政事務所之流程改善進行個案驗證，證明此模式之可行性與效益性，經由本研究模擬改善結果，整體最大等待人數可降低24%，最大等待時間可降低23%。

This research proposes an integration of lean production and simulation to enhance the efficiency of process improvement. The integration model named “Lean Simulation Model” consists of five phases: Conceptualize, Investigate, Improve, Validate and Track. Step by step implementation method is described in this research. The “Lean Simulation Model” is verified by a case of Household Registration Office. Finally this model could be expanded for the application of different units with the same attribute so as to provide a model for organization to carry out the process improvements. Through the improvement of the emulation of this research, whole maximum waiting number can be reduced by 24% and maximum waiting time can be reduced by 23%.
