天然氣配氣站監控系統之配電保護和監控

摘要


摘要 本文主要內容是探討設置天然瓦斯配氣站上的監控系統應考量之要點,以增加配氣站的安全性及可靠度。其內容包含高壓可燃性氣體的危險區域警戒標示及影像監視保全系統設置以防止非相關工作人員進入危險工作場所與設置緊急電源供給緊要負載以提昇供電的可靠度。配氣站內的危險區域與非危險區域間配電必須使用經國際認証許可的本質安全且為防爆等級的電氣設備和以分散式控制系統架構完成站內輸氣管路各種感測裝置的監控,電腦監控畫面即時產生動態的數值並提供即時警報、趨勢圖、歷史資料查詢等功能。將輸氣管路上的感測器偵測到的數值輸入電腦做監控整合,以節省傳統方式所佔用的龐大的儀錶空間及不必要的人力成本,並提昇監控效能及人員操作效率。

Abstract The content of this thesis is to investigate the control system which needs attention in setting up gas transportation station for the sake of security and reliability. It includes setting up hazardous area warning sign of the high-pressure flammable gas and image monitoring security system to prevent the non-related staff entering the hazardous workplace and erection of emergency power supply to increase the reliability of power supply. The electric power supply between hazardous area and non-hazardous area of gas transportation station should be applied to an international qualified approval of explosion-protected electrical apparatus with intrinsic safety. The surveillance control of gas transportation station for natural gas is set up with distributed control system. The computer graphic supervisory control display is generated dynamic data in real time and provide functions such as alarms, trend diagrams, and historical data inquiry. The integration of raw data from natural gas detectors and computer aided system helps to save physical space occupied by traditional equipment, reduced unnecessary labor cost, increase monitoring performance and operational efficiency.
