探討ABS樹脂原材料添加二次回收再生材料之性質影響與最適化添加比研究

摘要


本文採用的研究ABS材料為國喬-D350及Toray-100MPM進行相關研究,並做為最佳添加比分析與探討。 在研究的過程中是採用ABS塑膠的物性變化、機械強度、射出成型及抗塗裝性來進行研究。在本文中所提及的回收再生二次材,是取材於成品的澆口流道做為材料,再經過粉碎之後於混料機中添入於原材料內,做為本次配比材料。比率是採用5%至50%每次增加5%的配比。其中在物性的變化以ASTM相關檢測標準來進行添加量的變化,研究測試中發現到材料添加到45%時就產生不合格狀況,分別是國喬-D350於-20℃衝擊強度不足,以及Toray材100MPM的硬度過高,與標準不符。因此在物性當中添加40%及為添加比之上限。再進行了機械強度的測試,採用的是補強結構的肋與鎖附結構的BOSS,共有三種樣式來進行直接破壞檢測,得到的結果為兩種添加回收再生二次材在45%的添加比中,就會產生破壞之情形產生,因此以40%為添加之上限。再射出成型的條件測試,得到結果為添加量與條件的變化較不明顯,添加比不影響射出成型之生產。最後進行了外觀的塗裝烤漆測試,進行吸漆的結果判定,針對吸漆之情形來分辨,評價添加量與吸漆的關係,經過了多回的檢證後,發現到國喬-D350添加回收材15%即有吸漆的現象產生,而Toray-100MPM是在添加20%有吸漆的現象產生。 綜合上述之研究成果,判定兩種材料於二輪機車外觀部品上,使用之回收再生二次料添加比,國喬D-350材料為10%。Toray100MPM材料為15%,做為本次研究之最終結果

Considering the cost saving and material reuse of ABS material, this paper attempts to analyze the best additive portion of two ABS material which are domestic GPPC-D350 and imported Toray-100MPM. This research focuses on physical properties change, mechanical strength and anti-painting of ABS material. The recycling material is obtained from the material of gate and runner from the products. The material is then crushed and mixed with the original material in the mixing machine to be the combination material using in the test. The proportion of combination material follows as 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45% and 50%. The physical properties change is according to ASTM standard to adjust the additive level. In the test of appearance standard of motorcycle, it is found that the test failed when the material is add to 45% which causes the weak impact strength of GPPC-D350 at -20℃ and excessive hardness of Toray- 100MPM. Both of these results are not in accordance with the standard and unable to be used in the products. Therefore, the limit of additive portion in the physical properties can be only up to 40%. Then, in the mechanical strength test, it takes rib and closure organization of boss of the reinforcement structure to do the destroy test by using Air torsion tools. From the test, it is found that the two recycling material are lead to destruction when the additive portion is up to 45%. Hence, the limit of additive portion can be only up to 40%. In the last baking varnish test, the test material is the silver paint which is the most popular paint in the market. The silver paint is coated with the recycling material and then reflects light bad. From the results, it is found that when adding 15% of recycling material in the material, GPPC-D350 is lead to reflects light bad. It also occurs in Toray-100MPM when the additive portion is up to 20%. It is because the rubber in the ABS material is turned to be deformed and hardened in the injection molding process. This causes the accumulation of metal powder level and leads to the uneven light refraction which is the root cause of reflects light bad. Based on the test results in the research, the best additive portion of recycling material applies to the appearance parts of motorcycle for the two material are: 10% of GPPC D-350; 15% of Toray100MPM.
