摘要 在全球景氣一片下滑的時刻,生活在寸土寸金的都會區,使用者購買或承租辦公、商場或住家的空間是相當辛苦,也需付出相對代價,於是乎空間是否被有效的利用就顯的格外重要且備受使用者的重視。 換句話說,使用者對於較切身、使用效率高的空間運用,存有非常渴望的希盼。因此,空間能滿足最大的使用或超越投資成本的效益,是成為使用者購買或承租空間的一大考量。但是,空間使用效率的高低係依據使用者的需求客製化的結果,一方面因使用者的習慣差異,一方面因設計方法而不同。為了確保空間使用效率,室內設計專業者有必要進一步探討提高空間使用效率之設計方法與形式。 本研究首先針對相關理論探討與案例分析,試圖建立室內空間使用效率之架構。其次,針對不同族群使用者,進行空間使用效率之案例評估,以剖析較具效率之設計的方式。最後,歸納這些良好的案例以印證評估指標,篩選使用效率高之設計範例以供大眾甚至設計專業者,作為室內空間設計提升使用效率之參考。
Abstract At the moment of the global economy declining, it is very hard for those consumers living in the relatively high price metropolitan area to buy or lease office, shopping centers or residential space . Therefore, consumers obviously care about whether the space has been used effectively. In other words, consumer are very keen for the immediate concern and space functional efficiency. The space to meet the largest, reach beyond the investment, and cost effectively has become the major concern for consumers to buy or lease space. However, the level of space efficiency is based on the users’ needs, due to the habit of users varies and design methods changes. In order to ensure efficiency in the use of space, interior designers need to further explore design methods and forms for improving the efficient use of space. The study, first of all, aimed at the exploring the theoretical and case-related collection in order to establish the framework of space functional efficiency. Secondly, the study went through case assessment on space efficiency for the different user group in order to analyze the design manner more efficiently. Finally, the verified assessment indicators of the good cases and the high efficiency design examples are provided for the general public and interior designers as the reference of enhancing efficiency in the use of interior space design.
