本論文針對DC及AC LED進行相關的特性測試並且分別提出驅動及調光電路的設計。在特性測試中,根據AC LED的結構,量測並分析以交流電源來驅動DC LED的現象。此外,在不同操作頻率下,也以不同脈波直流及交流電源來進行驅動測試。在DC LED驅動設計上,除了一般常見的升壓式轉換器,也設計利用半橋式換流器以交流方式驅動。在調光設計上,有別於在DC LED串列上加裝開關元件的方式進行調光,在研究中所提出的調光方式可減少電能的浪費。 在AC LED驅動與調光的部份,結合自激式電路來驅動AC LED,使其在高頻下操作,可克服其閃爍之現象。透過TRIAC調光電路來進行調光,便無需大幅更改傳統調光電路,即可應用於AC LED。而在自激式電路驅動下,透過變頻控制的設計,亦可達到調光的效果。
This thesis carries on characteristic tests and proposes some driving and dimming circuits for AC and DC LEDs. In the characteristic tests, according to the structure of AC LED, this thesis has measuring and analyzing the phenomenons of LEDs by alternating current source. In the driving tests, this thesis uses different sources under different operating frequencies to do the work. Driving circuits for DC LEDs and AC LEDs are also designed and tested. The traditional TRIAC dimming circuit has been employed to AC LED with some modifications, and a self-oscillation circuit is designed to achieve dimming with varied frequency control.
