經由心率變異分析了解電腦輔助教學的影響之研究

摘要


摘 要 本研究的主要目的,是分析學生在電腦輔助教學和傳統教學下的心率變異。我們去抓取學生的心電圖訊號,擷取心跳和低/高頻率比,然後分析,經由數據分析,我們可以知道學生在電腦輔助教學下心跳和低/高頻率比都比傳統教學下來得低,代表電腦輔助教學對學生的學習是較佳的。 首所,我們將學生分為實驗組與控制組二組,實驗組進行電腦輔助教學,控制組進行傳統教學,分別進行教學,然後我們在授課完成後,進行測驗,在測驗過程中量取學生的心電圖訊號,擷取心跳訊號和低/高頻率和學習成效,心跳高低代表一個人的緊張程度,低/高頻率比代表壓力大小,學習成效代表學生吸收程度和學習效率。我們可以經由數據可知,學生在電腦輔助教學下的心跳較低,代表其學習過程中較不緊張。低/高頻比較低,代表其學生在學習過程中壓力較低。學科成績普遍較高,代表學生的吸收程度較佳。術科成績普遍較高,代表學生的學習效率較高。 本研究的主要貢獻如下: (1)、我們可以經由量取心跳和低/高頻率比,可以判斷一個人的緊張程度和壓力大小 (2)、我們可以經由測驗結果知道電腦輔助教學的學習成效比傳統教學好。 (3)、電腦輔助教學確實有效降低學生的緊張和壓力,並提升學生的學習成績。 (4)、如果學生確實有壓力過高,我們可以給予適當休息。避免壓力過高持續太久造成精神疾病。 (5)、電腦輔助教學有效節省學生學習時間,讓學生有多餘時間去做自己想做的事。

Abstract The main purpose of this study is to analyze students in computer-assisted instruction and traditional teaching in which the heart rate variability. We went to grab the students ECG signal acquisition heart rate and low / high frequency ratio, and then analyze it. We can know the students in computer-assisted instruction in heart rate and low / high frequency ratio was lower down than the traditional teaching through data analysis. It is better that computer-assisted instruction for students. First, we will divide students into experimental group and control group, the experimental group proceed computer-assisted instruction, the control group proceed traditional teaching, and then we conduct the test after teaching. We measure student ECG signal acquisition heartbeat signal and low / high frequency and effectiveness of learning during the test. It is represented tension degree for a person heart beat high and low. It is represented pressure for low / high frequency ratio. It is represented absorption of students learning and learning efficiency for effectiveness of learning. We can see that the students are lower heart rate under computer-assisted instruction through the data. It is represented less intense for their learning process. Low / high frequency is low relatively. It is represented lower pressure for the students in the learning process. Generally higher academic achievement is represented better absorption for student. Generally higher technical courses is represented learning more efficient for student. The main purpose of this study, we can capture ECG by the students to understand the spirit pressure of the time. If students are at high stress, we should give some proper rest, such as sports, music, walking ... and so on and can early detection then early treatment. If that is found too late for students in the spirit pressure of long-term will cause the disease of mental state, then it must give a doctor diagnosis, drugs. The main contribution of this study are as follows: (1)We can take heart by volume and low / high frequency ratio, you can judge a person's tension level and stress level. (2)We can test the results by computer-assisted teaching and then know the better effectiveness of learning than traditional teaching. (3)The computer-assisted instruction does reduce tension and stress, and improve student learning. (4)If the pressure of student is too high, we can give proper rest. To avoid the mental illness caused by high pressure for too long. (5)The computer-assisted instruction can save students studying time to let students extra time to do what he wanted.
