摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣高中職教師人格特質與工作滿意度的現況,並分析不同背景變項之教師,其人格特質與工作滿意度的差異性、相關性及預測情形。本研究採問卷調查法,分層隨機抽取17所學校,545位高中職合格教師為研究樣本,問卷回收513份,有效問卷507份,可用率為93.03%。問卷資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關以及逐步多元迴歸進行分析。本研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣高中職教師人格特質現況,以「友善性」最為普遍。 二、桃園縣高中職教師工作滿意度現況屬「中上」程度,其中以「人際關係」層面最高,「工作報酬」層面最低。 三、不同背景變項與教師人格特質各層面在「性別」、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「服務年資」、「學校類別」、「學校地點」上部份達顯著差異;不同「教育程度」、「職務」、「學校屬性」、「學校規模」對教師人格特質則無顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項與整體教師工作滿意度在「性別」、「年齡」上達顯著差異;不同背景變項與教師工作滿意度各層面在「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「服務年資」、「職務」、「學校類別」、「學校屬性」、「學校地點」、「學校規模」上部份達顯著差異;不同「婚姻狀況」對教師工作滿意度則無顯著差異。 五、桃園縣高中職教師人格特質各層面與教師工作滿意度整體及各層面均呈顯著正相關。 六、教師人格特質各層面中以「友善性」對整體工作滿意度最具預測效果。 根據上述研究之結果,提出建議供教育行政機關、校長、教師及未來研究者之參考。
Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of senior high school and vocational high school teachers’ personality traits and job satisfaction in Taoyuan and more importantly the relation between them.The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires was sent to 545 teachers and they were toally 507 questionnaires collected. The valid respondent rate was 93.03%. The servey data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, T Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson porduct-moment correlation, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The conclusions are as the following: 1. The highest dimension of Taoyan County senior high and vocational high school teachers’ personality traits is ”agreeableness .” 2. The current situation of senior high and vocational high school teachers’ job satisfaction in Taoyan County was above average, the highest dimension is ”relationship”;the lowest one is “work reward.” 3. There were significant differences in teachers’ personality traits in terms of the teachers’ gender, age, marriage condition, servicing years and school category, school location. 4. There were significant differences in teachers’ personality traits in terms of the teachers’ gender, age, level of education, servicing years, position and school category, school attribute, school location, school scare. 5. There were significantly positive correlations between teachers’ personality traits and job satisfaction. 6. The teachers’ personality traits had significant prediction power on teachers’ job satisfaction. According to the findings above, suggestions were given to the educational administrations, school principals, teachers and future researchers.
