樑式結構之分散吸振器設計分析

摘要


本文將樑式結構分散安裝多個吸振器,透過不同的吸振器參數探討樑式結構安裝吸振器之吸振效應。當固定頻率比時,阻尼係數對於吸振效應之影響,當阻尼係數固定時,質量比對於吸振效應之影響,當吸振器安裝位置遠離模態最大應力集中處時,吸振器對於吸振效應之影響。因吸振器為針對一個模態共振有吸振效應,因此,對於多個模態共振,安裝多個有阻尼吸振器對吸振效應之影響,並使用有限元素分析商用軟體ANSYS,探討吸振效應之結果比較,進而使其樑式結構安裝吸振器之吸振器效應最佳化。

This paper discusses the discrete absorbers for Beam-type structures. The Beam-type structures use different installation parameters of absorber which discusses the vibration-absorbing effect of the installment absorbers for Beam-type structures. When a fixed frequency ratio, damping coefficient for the effect of vibration absorption effect. When a fixed the damping constant, the mass ratio for the effect of vibration absorption effect. When keep the absorber location far away from the maximum stress concentration mode, the vibration absorber for vibration absorbing effect of the impact. Because the absorber is there for a modal resonance absorber effect, therefore, for more modal resonance, installing discrete vibration absorber effect on vibration absorbing effect. These are using in the finite element software ANSYS to discuss the result of the vibration-absorbing effect, and then make the vibration-absorbing effect of the installment absorbers for Beam-type structures optimization.
