雙頻電感電容壓控震盪器的設計與分析

此研究為一集積化雙頻段電感電容壓控振盪器(LC-VCO),採用台積電0.18㎛ 1P6M CMOS製程,並藉由安捷倫ADS軟體來模擬設計電路。在供應電壓1.8V,VCO振盪頻率7.57GHz和10.46GHz偏移頻率1MHz的地方,相位雜訊為-112.46dBc/Hz和-104.55dBc/Hz,控制電壓從0V到1.8V,頻率可調範圍為0.2%。電流為28mA。

An integrated dual-band LC voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) is proposed. This LC-VCO has been implemented with 0.18-㎛ 1P6M CMOS process by TSMC and simulated by Advance Design System(ADS). The output buffer of common source structure reduces reverse isolation. The lower and higher center frequencies of the VCO are 7.57G and 10.46G, respectively. The layout area is 665㎛×860㎛. Tuning range is 0.2%. Phase noise is -112.46dBc/Hz at 7.57GHz and -104.55dBc/Hz at 10.46GHz. The current consumption of the circuit is 28mA through a 1.8V supply.
