摘要 本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力與工作倦怠關係之現況,分析不同背景變項的教師在情緒智力與工作倦怠的差異情形,以及探討桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力與工作倦怠關係之關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以桃園縣公立國民小學教師為母群體,問卷發給505位教師,有效樣本為472份。根據資料分析之結果,本研究獲致以下之結論: 一、桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力為中上程度,工作倦怠為中下程度。 二、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資的教師在整體情緒智力有差異。 三、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、學校規模的教師在整體工作倦怠有差異。 四、桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力與工作倦怠有呈中度負相關。 五、桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力對工作倦怠有顯著預測力。 最後依據本研究結論,提供相關具體建議,以提供教育行政單位、教育人員及未來研究之參考。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of teachers’ emotional intelligence and job burnout of elementary schools in Taoyuan county. The questionnaires were constructed into two subscales: teachers’ emotional intelligence and job burnout. The questionnaires were administered to 505 teachers in Taoyuan county and valid the return rate was 93.47%. The results of the study were listed as the following. 1.The elementary school teachers’ emiotinal intelligence was above the average. Their job burnout was below the average. 2.There were significant differences in emotional intelligence in terms of the teachers’demographic variables such as age, marital status and seniority . 3.There were significant differences in job burnout in terms of the teachers’ demographic variables such as age, marital status and school scale. 4.Teachers’ emotional intelligence was significantly correlated with their job burnout. 5.The teachers’ emotional intelligence could significantly predict their job burnout.
