摘要


摘要 主動式功率因素修正電路相較於傳統功率因素修正電路,具備有 更高的功率因素、體積更小等優點。另一方面隨著柔切技術的發達, 減少了開關的切換損失,使開關可操作在更高的頻率範圍,使得轉換 器可做到高效能、縮小體積、減少成本及減輕重量等特色。 本論文使用具有功率因素修正功能的單級返馳式轉換器為基礎 架構,建構一個改善電路在輕載時效率的控制迴路。此控制迴路由脈 衝寬度調變(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)和脈衝密度調變(Pulse Density Modulation,PDM)整合而得。利用PWM 來達到高功率因素;以PDM來減少電路在輕載時功率開關的切換損失,藉由混合型PWM控制來增加整體電路效益。 最後對本文所建構之混合式PWM 應用於60W 具有功率因素修 正的返馳式轉換器做整體效率的量測,並且對僅用一般PWM 之控制 迴路的結果做比較與討論。

Abstract Single stage flyback converter with power factor correction has the advantages of high power factor, high efficiency, and more compact. On the other hand, soft switching technology reduces switching loss, so that the switch can operate at higher frequency range. In this thesis, a single stage flyback converter with hybrid PWM (Pulse Width Modulation,PWM) has been constructed, and it has the merits of high power factor and soft switching. The control method is the combination of PWM and PDM( Pulse Density Modulation,PDM). The PWM control can reach high power factor, and the PDM can reduces switching loss in light load. Finally, a 60W single stage flyback converter with hybrid PWM is analyzed and compared with the results of PWM only control method.
