智慧財產權是受到專利保護的。先進技術與有價值的工程技術,皆會藉由申請專利而獲得保護。本論文在於執行自動體外除顫器各相關關鍵技術專利查詢、研究與分析,以充分了解技術的特徵與迴避空間,並突破專利技術門檻,強化專利能量及布局,提升競爭優勢。並深入了解各國技術現況以及市場進行門檻。 本研究以自動體外除顫器之關鍵字,進行專利檢索得到318篇自動體外除顫器相關專利為研究標的,藉由系統化的專利技術分析模式,呈現自動體外除顫器的專利工程技術分布,在工程技術分析方面歸類為除顫器本體、信號分析系統、除顫系統、通訊技術應用以及設置應用與結合六大類別進行分析與探討。在基本趨勢方面,自動體外除顫器相關專利在1994年以後呈現大幅度的成長,其關鍵的專利集中於少數專利權人,如Philips Electronics、Cardiac Science以及Medtronic等相關公司中。其中以Philips Electronics公司所佔27%為最多。 目前自動體外除顫器相關技術已然成熟,未來技術發展應以通訊技術應用於自動體外除顫器的各種功能上,以及設置應用與結合的應用層面上。
The intellectual property rights is protected by patent. Advanced technology and valuable engineering techniques can be protected by through the patent application. This thesis is focused on AED related main technology patent search, research and analysis. The purpose is fully understand the technology characteristics, avoidance space and breakthrough patented technology threshold, and strengthen the patent energy and strategy, and increase competitive advantage. Beside, we can also deeply understand current technique barriers of many countries and markets. In this study, we can use AED related keywords, conduct the patent retrieval, which result in 318 articles related with AED as our study goal. Through the systematic patent technique analysis mode, the AED patent technology map distribution is shown. In engineering technique analysis, it is classified as six major classes, i.e. defibrillator body, signal analysis, defibrillation technique, electrode system, communication application and integration, to be analyzed and discussed. In trend, AED patent has increased greatly since 1994, in which the key patent are focused on minority of patentee, for example: Philips Electronics, Cardiac Science and Medtronic. Among them, Philips Electronics company which owns the most AED patents takes up to 27% of patents from the 318 articles. Currently, the AED related technology has been matured. In the future technique should focus on the Communication technology is used in the various functions of the AED, application and integration is used the AED.
