專利是保護智慧財產權,先進與有價值的工程技術皆會藉由申請專利而獲得保護,本論文在於執行檢測心房顫動各相關關鍵技術專利查詢、研究與分析,以充分了解技術的特徵與迴避空間,並突破專利技術門檻,強化專利能量及佈局,提升競爭優勢。並深入了解各國技術現況及市場進入門檻。 本研究以心房顫動之關鍵字,進行專利檢索得到172篇心房顫動相關專利為研究目標的,藉由系統化的專利技術分析模式,呈現心房顫動的專利工程技術分佈,在工程技術分析方面歸類主要為信號分析系統、演算法、介面系統、資料記錄系統、心臟資訊量測識別系統、通訊技術應用與次要為除顫系統、電源管理系統、電極系統、輔助器具、治療技術進行分析與探討。在基本趨勢方面,心房顫動相關專利在1992年以後呈現大幅度的成長,其關鍵專利集中於少數專利權人,如InControl、Cardiac Pacemakers以及Medtronic等相關公司中。其中以InControl公司所佔17%為最多。 目前檢測心房顫動相關技術已然成熟,未來技術發展應以降低誤判率提高分析與監測的準確度較有發展的可能性。
