熱澆道模具數位學習系統開發

摘要


中文摘要 熱澆道技術在現今雖已廣泛被採用,但在市面上所能獲得的資料卻還很少,本論文旨在建構一個在射出成型領域以熱澆道為中心的知識庫式的教學平台,課程定位在理論與應用兼顧。多元化教學包括基礎講座、個案研討、上機操作及網路化模擬安裝。課程中多運用動畫、3D等多媒體作輔助教學。如何讓【動畫在熱澆道作有效率地的學習】,應是本教材最大的特色。 本課程分為3部份: (1) ACS1熱澆道理論與實務:屬基礎學習。 課程編輯是樹狀型,循序漸進的由基礎開始認識熱澆道系統。 內容編輯則以輕鬆、簡單、互動、易懂做為目標,通俗易懂,便於理解。同時也融合大量的熱澆道設計實務,前期先透過理論解說與互動實驗來穩固基礎,後期會以案例分析討論與上機課程來作實務演練。從熱流道的基本原理、互動式的模擬、流動的分析、一直到設計實務,希望以創新的效果【現代感】與【實作感】的互動方式來幫助各位學員加深了解。 (2) ACS2 熱澆道High Way:屬於快速學習。課程編輯為發散型,其結構一目了然,可由學習者的喜好速挑選。不僅可供學習也可供複習用之用。本章特色全部內容均由動畫組成。 (3) ACS3 知識庫管理:屬於累積學習。此部份包括了ACS1 及ACS2的內容,本單元分為知識庫及考試系統。 本教材可適合學校機械相關類科或初學者來使用。透過此教材, 學習者應可在有效地學習熱澆道安裝、維修之技能。利用此教材的訓練,可以節省訓練成本,提高工廠安全性,防止機器因不當操作所造成的損失並可提高產業生產效率。

ABSTRACT Right now Hot Runner technology had been used. But the information was little in the marketing. It is established a knowledge house learning platform of hot runner center at injection field in this paper. The positioning is between at theory and application. Diverse Tuition included the basic lecture class, case study, machine operating and simulate install in the cyberization. More animation and 3D multimedia as assist tuition in the class. How to let hot runner learning had full blast in the animation, it is the most characteristic in this teaching materials. The classes divided 3 parts: (1) ACS1 hot runner theory and application: belongs basic learning. The course compilation is a tree pattern. From basic to understand the hot runner system at proceeding in an orderly way. The purpose of contents was free and easy, simple, interaction. Simultaneously also fuses the massive hot running channel design practice. The earlier period penetrates the theory to illustrate first and the interaction tests the stable foundation, later period can discuss and uses the computer the curriculum make the practice by the case analysis to train. From the hot flow channel basic principle, the interaction -like simulation, the flowing analysis, always to the design practice, hoped innovates the effect modern feeling and really makes the feeling the interaction way to help fellow students to deepen the understanding. (2) ACS2 hot runner high way: belongs rapidly learning. The curriculum edits for the radiation, its structure is clear, may like the fast choice by the learner. Not only may supply the study also to be possible to supply the review to use with it. The this chapter characteristic complete content is composed by the animation. (3) ACS3 knowledge management: belongs accumulate learning. This part has included ACS1 and the ACS2 content, this unit divides into the knowledge library and the test system. This teaching material may suit a school machinery correlation kind of branch or the beginner uses. Penetrates this teaching material, the learner should be possible in to study the hot running channel installment, the service skill of effectively. Using this teaching material training, may save the training cost, enhances the factory security, because prevents the machine not when operates the loss which creates and may enhance the industry production efficiency.
