台商布局東協十國投資環境力與投資風險度對企業推薦度影響之研究－東協加一成立前後投資決策比較分析

摘要

自2010年1月1日起，東協加一正式生效，東協與中國大陸間商品零關稅正式揭開序幕，加上中國大陸投資環境因工資上漲而逐步惡化，使得擁有龐大廉價勞動力逐漸成為製造業新的布局地區，此外，伴隨著經濟的發展，擁有有6.18億人口的東協，龐大的消費潛力亦使其逐漸受到世界矚目。因此，本研究希望探討2009年東協加一生效其與2011年東協加一生效後，東協投資環境力、投資風險度與企業推薦度對於台商的影響是否具有差異。
有鑑於此，本研究將東協劃分為「重要市場」、「新興市場」、「白地市場」等三大市場，再依據相關研究與文獻參考，將投資環境力分為「政治與法治環境力」、「經濟與經營環境力」、「社會與文化環境力」、「科技與基礎環境力」等四構面；將投資風險度分為「政治風險度」、「匯兌風險度」、「營運風險度」等三構面；將企業推薦度分為「整體投資效益」、「台商權益保護」、「政府行政效率」、「內銷市場前景」等四構面，並以佈局東協三大市場的台商為研究對象，透過問卷調查方式，分別檢視2009年東協加一生效前與2011年東協加一生效後，東協三大市場投資環境力、投資風險度以及企業推薦度中的差異與關聯。本研究回收有效問卷共300份進行相關統計分析，經過整理歸納後得出以下結論。
1. 投資環境力與投資風險度之關係密切。
2 投資環境力對企業推薦度有顯著影響。
3. 投資風險度對企業推薦度有顯著影響。
4. 三大市場在投資環境力、投資風險度、企業推薦度上有顯著差異。
5. 東協加一生效前後三大市場在投資環境力、投資風險度、企業推薦度上具差異。

Since January Frist,2010, China-ASEAN Free Trade Area（CAFTA）come into effect, the merchandise custom-free between The Association of Southeast Asian Nations（ASEAN）and Chinese mainland went into operation,besides Chinese mainland’s Investing Environment has been deteriorated since the salary tended upwards, it makes once had cheap labor now gently become the new zone of the manufacturing. Moreover, with the development of the economic, ASEAN is possessed of 6.18 hundred million population, its largr consumption potential also arouses the world’s attention.Therefore, this research hope to discuss the CAFTA come into effect in 2009 and after CAFTA come into effect, whether the influence of the Investing Environment, Investing Risk and Recommendation of Taiwanese Businessmen of the ASEAN that make different toward Taiwanese Businessmen.
In veiw of this this research will divide ASEAN into three markets : Key Market, Emerging market and White Space Market. And then according to correlative research and document, dividing Investing Environment intofour dimensions: Politics and Nomocray Environment , Economic and Administration Environment, Society and Culture Environment, Technology and Foundation Environment; dividing Investing Risk into three dimensions : Politics Risk , Transfer Risk, Administration Risk; dividing Recommendation of Taiwanese Businessmen into four dimensions : Integral Invest Profit, The protection of Taiwanese Businessmen’s Authority and Profit, Government Administration Efficiency, Inner-sell Market’s Foreground.Use the Taiwanese Businessmen that make business in three market as simples, by way of questionnaire investigation , respectively examining CAFTA come into effect in 2009 and after CAFTA come into effect, the relation and difference among the Investing Environment, Investing Risk and Recommendation of Taiwanese Businessmen in three markets of ASEAN. The research reclaim 300 effective questionnaire and proceed correlative statistic analysis, the following is the conclusions :
1. There is a close relationship between Investing environment and Investing risk.
2. Investing environment really cause influence to the recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen.
3. Investing risk also has significant impact on the recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen.
4. Three markets have notable differences on Investing Environment, Investing Risk, Recommendation of Taiwanese Businessmen.
5. It do have notable differences among Investing Environment, Investing Risk, Recommendation of Taiwanese Businessmen of the three markets of CAFTA.
