投資環境力與投資風險度對台商推薦度影響之研究-以台商佈局中國大陸五大密集城市為分析對象

摘要

古有明訓，知其所困，方為自強。近年來，世界經濟正處於一個「無錨的年代」，以出口為主的中國大陸受到嚴重的影響，因此，中國大陸經濟正急速發展和蛻變，對多數台商而言，已形成嚴峻而急迫的挑戰與風險。2011年，歐美債券問題而使其市場消費低迷的同時，中國大陸正實施新一輪的「十二五」規劃，經濟發展將從外銷出口轉向內需成長模式，所伴隨的工資調漲、原料上漲、人民幣升值及環保意識抬頭等困境，使得過往以加工出口為主的台商，不得不逐步走向轉型升級之路，亦使台商在中國大陸的投資環境不如過往優越，投資風險亦有攀升之趨勢。
有鑑於此，本研究育探討投資環境力、投資風險度及台商推薦度之關係。藉由以「社會環境」、「法制環境」、「經濟環境」、「經營環境」、「創新環境」五構面建構的投資環境力；並以「社會風險」、「法制風險」、「經濟風險」、「經營風險」四構面建構的投資風險度；更以「城市發展潛力」、「整體投資效益」、「台商權益保護」、「政府行政效率」建構台商推薦度等四構面，並透過問卷調查方式，且以佈局中國大陸五大密集城市的台商為研究對象，分別檢視此五大密集成是在投資環境力、投資風險度以及台商推薦度中的差異與關聯，本研究回收有效問卷共631份進行相關統計分析，經過整理歸納研究結果後得到實證如下。
1. 投資環境力與投資風險度兩個關係密切。其中以法制風險與投資環境力五構面相關係數最高。
2. 投資環境力、投資風險度分別對台商推薦度有顯著影響。可見三者環環相扣，牽一髮則動全身，其中投資環境力對台商推薦度有較高的解釋變異量之能力。
3. 台商佈局中國大陸五大密集城市對投資環境力、投資風險度、台商推薦度均有所差異，其中以昆山市之投資環境力、投資風險度、台商推薦度均優於其他四個城市。

In recent years, the world’s economy is in “anchorless years,” and the export-oriented China has been seriously affected. As a result, the economy of China is changing and developing dramatically. For Taiwanese businessmen, it has formed a severe and urgent challenges and risks. In 2011, Europe and US bond issuance lead to its consumer market downturn, mainland China is implementing a new round of 12th five-year plan, and economic development from exports to domestic sales, it comes along with wage hike, raw materials rose, RMB appreciation and the rise of environmental awareness and so on. It’s making in the past based on export processing of Taiwanese businessmen, they have to upgrading and transformation. It’s also making the worse investment environment in mainland China than in the past, the risks of investment tend to ascend.
This study therefore aims to explore the relationship among investment environment, investment risk and recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen. The construct of investment environment is divided into five dimensions as social environment, legal environment, economic environment, business environment, innovation environment. The investment risk is divided into four dimensions as social risk, legal risk, economic risk, business risk; the recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen is divided into four dimensions as development potential of the city, overall investment benefit, Taiwanese businessmen’s interest protection, government’s administrative efficiency.
This research adopts a questionnaire survey which obtains 631 effective responses and finds that: (1) there is a close relationship between investment environment and investment risk, (2) ivestment environment really cause influence to the recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen, and investment risk also has significant impact on the recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen, (3) there are evident differences among investment environment, investment risk and recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen of the five cities with intensive Taiwanese enterprises in mainland China. Besides, investment environment, investment risk and recommendation of Taiwanese businessmen of the Kunshan city are especially better than another cities.
