排程系統應用於自動化PCB鑽頭再研磨機台開發

Development Scheduling System for Automated PCB Drill Regrinding Machine

摘要


本研究針對PCB鑽頭再研磨機台進行設計,使用排程系統進行機台流程的規劃,其目的是找出原本手動PCB鑽頭再研磨機台轉為自動化機台後的適當流程。使用SolidWorks 3D製圖軟體進行各模組之實體化,檢查各模組的架構是否能如想像中作動,並進行各模組位置配置。再使用MATLAB軟體搭配基因演算法,針對各模組之前運送和作動時間進行排列最佳化,找出花費時間最短之排列方式,並尋找磨輪模組及產量最佳化。結果如預期所想1小時約能生產720支鑽頭,24小時就能擁有21600支鑽頭的產量這已經大幅超越手工產量,因此認定此機台是能進行開發的。

In this study, PCB drill regrinding machine design using machine Process System in the schedule planning. For this purpose, find the automated machines proper processes from manual PCB drill regrinding machine. And Using Solid Works 3D graphics software for each module materialized; check whether the structure of each module as imagined actuation for each module position configuration. Then use MATLAB software with genetic algorithms, for each module, and the action time before shipment arranged optimization takes time to find the shortest arrangement, and look for wheel module and yield optimization. The results are one hour can produce 720 drills; 24 hours can have 21,600 drill productions like the expected which have greatly exceeded the handmade production, therefore conclude this machine is capable of development.
