射出成型尼龍66含玻璃微珠成品機械性質之研究

摘要


各式薄型化電子消費產品的大量需求,使得薄件產品的機械強度顯得更為重要。在射出成型過程中,熔膠充填接觸到模壁的固化時間相當短,導致薄件產品常有短射的不良情況發生,故高速射出成型已是必然的要素。近年來玻璃微珠已成為熱門複合材料,對於塑件的機械性質補強提昇有著相當大的功效,其材料密度小、絕緣性好、阻燃性高、耐高溫(1300℃)、吸油率低、圓球狀表面光滑堅硬具有高強度且有利於提高塑料的表面光滑度,值得深入探討研究其特性。 本研究為探討射出製程技術對尼龍玻璃微珠複合材料產品性質的影響,利用超高速射出成型機成型 PA66、PA66(GF15%) 、PA66 (GB15%)、PA66 (GB30%) 四種塑料,在料溫維持固定(285℃),射壓最高/off之製程條件下,模溫保持固定 50 ℃、射出速度,得到厚度1.0mm拉伸試片的射出速度製程成型視窗。以拉伸試驗機得到材料抗拉強度數據,為探討材料內部的結構變化,利用電子顯微鏡 SEM 觀察試片破壞情形討論與機械性質的相關性,再使用表面粗糙量測儀做表面粗糙度的驗證。 經實驗結果發現,射出速度對含玻璃微珠單澆口試片,不論玻璃微珠含量多寡,在射出速度越高其抗拉強度越低。含玻璃微珠雙澆口試片較不受結合線影響其抗拉強度,微珠含量越高抗拉強度越高。含玻璃微珠的試片表面性能優於含玻纖的試片,且隨著射出速度的增加其表面性質越好。

This study investigates the effect of processing conditions on the mechanical strength of PA66 parts added with Glass Beads. In this study, the molding window of thickness 1.0mm tensile specimen was get using PA66、PA66(GF15%)、PA66(GB15%) and PA66(GB30%) under the molding conditions of melt temperature 285˚C, the higher injection pressure/off, mold temperature 50˚C and various injection velocity. The results of the experiment was that no matter how many glass beads in the amount of single gate parts, it was found the injection velocity increased that affect mechanical strength most significantly for decrease. The weld line was not affected that mechanical strength of the parts with adds glass beads, and the surface roughness was better then the adds glass fiber parts. However, when the injection velocity increased, the rate of the parts with adds glass beads amount rises that affect surface roughness most significantly for resin at single gate and double gate.
