手持式產品機構引導設計與自動化模具設計整合流程的應用

Integrated Process for Navigating Mechanical Design and Automatic Mold Design of Tablet Product

摘要


一件好的產品皆需經歷工業設計(ID)、機構設計、模具設計製造和成型射出等階段;每一階段均有其重要性及相關性,完美的設計如不具開發及量產性也是徒勞無功;若能於設計初期即融入模具設計及射出成型相關連結與知識,必能有效縮短產品開發週期。 本文主要針對先前實驗室在CAD軟體Pro/ENGINEER的架構下,所開發之直立式手機自動化機構設計與模具設計整合引導流程;持續擴展其使用及應用範圍到其他手持式產品電子書上。在機構設計的部分,延續導入由上而下(Top-Down Design)的設計概念,將工業設計的圖面資訊拆解成初步模型,然後依照印刷電路板佈局出主要的組合機構,再將電子書分為前殼與後殼進行內部機構設計,設計過程皆考慮到各零組件的內部空間及間隙配合,另外將卡扣及孔柱機構特徵,建構出依不同塑料而有不同尺寸設計規範的客製化機構特徵資料庫,讓設計者可快速化及參數化地對專案進行設計與開發;在模具設計的部分,將機構設計所產生的特徵尺寸及參數資訊,經由二次開發語言Pro/Web.Link的判斷,在各機構件之分模設計時,使用者只須點擊滑鼠一次,即可合理化及自動化產生各機構件的分模面及相關零件;最後使用歷史知識庫儲存資訊,提供後續設計者之相關設計觀念。 在整合過程中,標準化的設計流程及知識化的自動功能,可減少設計上不必要的錯誤及差異性,且使用本引導流程,產品在機構設計與模具設計的開發上,皆可節省約50%的設計時間。

A good product is going through industrial design (ID), Mechanism design, tooling design and manufacturing and molding stage. Each phase has its importance and relevance, perfect design if it does not has any the development and mass production which was of no avail; in the early design put into the mould design and injection molding related links and knowledge, that will be able to effectively shorten the product development cycle time. This study focused on the previous labs in Pro/ENGINEER under the framework that the development of vertical was Mobile Automation design and die design of consolidation boot process, the continued expansion of its use and the range of applications is to another on the hand held products e-book. In design of part, to be continued to import by design guide (Top-Down Design) of design concept, will industrial design of figure surface information to be split solutions into preliminary model, then in accordance with printed circuit plate layout out main of combination body, again will e-book is divided into Qian shell and shell for internal part design, and design process are consider to the zero component of internal space and the gap tie, also will card buckle and the bored cast-in-place pile body features, Construction out according to different plastic and has different size design specification of guest system of body features database, let designers can smooth of and the parameter of the project for design and development; In mold design of part, will be designed by produced of features size and the parameter information, through second development language Pro/Web.Link of judgment, in the pieces of points die design, n-user only be click mouse once, By rationalizing and automating the parting surface of parts and spare parts and finally using historical knowledge base to store information, provide follow-up of designers of the design concept. In the consolidation process, standardized design processes and knowledge of automation, reduction of unnecessary errors and differences in the design, and the use of the boot process, mechanism design and die design on the development of products, we can save about 50% the design schedule.
