手機機構引導設計與自動化模具設計的整合流程

Integrated Process for Navigating Mechanical Design and Automatic Mold Design of Cell Phone

摘要


在一項完整產品的開發過程中,工業設計(ID)、機構設計、模具設計和成型條件一直都是相互影響的,若在設計初期,就能考慮到射出成型及模具設計的問題,減少設計變更的時間,必能提升整個產品開發的效率;為了達到高效率的產品開發使命,必須將各設計模組整合,制定一個更完整的產品設計方式。 本研究主要在CAD軟體Pro/ENGINEER的架構下,針對直立式手機規劃與開發出自動化機構設計與模具設計的整合引導流程。在機構設計的部分,導入由上而下(Top-Down Design)的設計概念,將工業設計的圖面資訊拆解成初步模型,然後依照印刷電路板佈局出主要的組合機構,再將直立式手機分為前殼與後殼進行內部機構設計,設計過程皆考慮到各零組件的內部空間及間隙配合,另外將卡扣及孔柱機構特徵,建構出依不同塑料而有不同尺寸設計規範的客製化機構特徵資料庫,讓設計者可快速化及參數化地對專案進行設計與開發;在模具設計的部分,將機構設計所產生的特徵尺寸及參數資訊,經由二次開發語言Pro/Web.Link的判斷,在各機構件之分模設計時,使用者只須點擊滑鼠一次,即可合理化及自動化產生各機構件的分模面及相關零件;最後使用歷史知識庫儲存資訊,提供後續設計者之相關設計觀念。 在整合過程中,標準化的設計流程及知識化的自動功能,可減少設計上不必要的錯誤及差異性,且使用本引導流程,產品在機構設計與模具設計的開發上,皆可節省約50%的設計時間。

Industrial design, mechanical design, mold design and the forming conditions have always been interactive in the product development process. If the problems of injection molding and mold design can be considered at the beginning of the design, the need of alteration will be reduced and the development process will be efficient. To achieve the high efficiency, each module must be integrated to formulate a more complete system. Under the framework of CAD Pro/ENGINEER, this study is focus on developing an integrated process of automatic mechanical design and mold design in bar phones. For mechanical design, based on the concept of top-down design, the file information of industrial design is disassembled into preliminary mold. Through the printing circuit board, the main assemble mechanical is then formed. After that, the front and the rear of bar phones will be each processed in detail mechanical design. The inner space and the clearance fit of each assembly are considered during the process. And based on the features of hook and boss, the customized features database is constructed; with different plastic, it provides different dimensions of the guidelines for design so that the designer can fast and parametrically develop his projects. For mold design, under the judgment of Pro/Web.Link, when the devices are processed in parting surface design, the user should only click the mouse for one time, the features and the parametric information which provided will reasonably and automatically lead to the production of parting surface and components of the device. At last, the information mentioned will be recorded in the history database as reference resources for the follow-up designers. In the process of integration, the standardized procedure and the knowledge-based automation can prevent unnecessary errors and diverseness of the design. What is more, with this integrated process, designers can save 50% of the time on mechanical design and mold design.
