止推軸承設計方法探討

摘要


本文內容是針對止推軸承的模擬設計分析,根據Cast bronze thrust bearing design manual 的演算法,透過電腦程式運算,幫助設計人員可以輕鬆的得到所需的性能參數。本文有探討Stepped-Land、Tapered-Land、Pocket三類型最佳化設計的尺寸修改,使其在該尺寸時,是所選的最佳設計方案。 本文使用Microsoft Visual Studio建立液動壓止推軸承的運算服務於Windows Azure的單機試作平台中。將需要溫度平衡而重覆修改直徑比計算的部分,使用迴圈運行程式運算,用以求得穩定狀態下的所需參數值。其中透過程式計算,液動壓止推軸承亦將最佳化的直徑比與性能參數之關係圖建立成資料庫,以判別式使用內插法的計算方法取得所需的各項參數值。經過計算可得到修改過後的直徑、油墊數、油墊角度、摩擦功率、油膜厚度等各項數值。以達到快速求得平均油溫等數值之目的。 本文先將三類軸承個別做最佳化的互相對比分析,以及調整負荷與轉速參數,對比出的設計參數之影響分析。最後統整分析三類軸承的各項參數數據,以及設計參數影響軸承的偏重情形。

This paper content is for thrust bearing simulation design analysis, is also based on Cast bronze thrust bearing design manual algorithms computing through program computing services that help the designer can easily get the required performance parameters. This paper has discussed Stepped-Land, Tapered-Land, Pocket three types of optimum design dimensions modified to the size, the best design is selected. This article uses Microsoft Visual Studio build hydrodynamic thrust bearing computing services in stand-alone test for the Windows Azure platform. Temperature balance will need to modify the diameter ratio calculation repeated part, use a loop to run the program operation to obtain the steady state values of the required parameters. Through the program which calculated hydrodynamic thrust bearing diameter ratio will be optimized and performance parameters to establish a database diagram to discriminant calculated using the interpolation method to obtain the desired parameter values. After calculating obtained the diameter after modification, the number of pads, pad inciuded angle, friction power, film thickness, and other values. To achieve a fast obtained average oil temperature values purposes This article first three bearings each individual to make the best of the comparative analysis, as well as to adjust the load and speed parameters, compared to an analysis of the impact of design parameters. Finally integration analysis of the three types of bearing parameter data, and design parameters affect the bearing situation.
