隨著網際網路的發展,興起了一股雲端運算的相關應用,本研究將利用雲端運算(Cloud Computing)及網際網路無所不在的特性,以OpenMRS電子病歷為核心,並結合與醫療相關的資料品質框架,在國網中心Formosa 3及Amazon EC2等IaaS雲端服務平台上,建構出具醫療相關資料品質框架的雲端醫療資訊系統。 本研究已成功在國網中心Formosa 3及Amazon EC2等IaaS雲端服務平台上,建置雲端醫療資訊系統,病患與醫師均可使用個人電腦或行動裝置,透過網際網路連線至系統上查看個人相關醫療資訊。並使用Apache Benchmark軟體對雲端醫療資訊系統進行多人連線負載的壓力測試,驗證系統是否具有醫療相關的資料品質框架;在同時多人連線的情形下,系統仍可穩定提供具有資料品質的服務。
With the development of Internet, the rise of a wave of cloud computing-related applications, this study will use cloud computing (Cloud Computing) and Internet ubiquitous features to OpenMRS electronic medical records as the core, combined with health-related information quality framework on State Grid Center Formosa 3 and IaaS cloud services such as Amazon EC2 platform, to construct medical-related information issued by the quality of the medical information system framework cloud. This study has been successful in the national network of centers Formosa 3 and IaaS cloud services such as Amazon EC2 platform to build cloud medical information systems, patients and physicians can use the PC or mobile device, through the Internet to connect to the system view personal related medical information. And using Apache Benchmark software for cloud medical information systems multiplayer load stress test, verify that the system has a health-related data quality framework; while in the case of multiplayer, the system is still stable and provide a data quality services.
