自動化捲胴機械本質安全設計探討

摘要


將可撓性物體捲繞在圓形捲胴上,以連續的進行卸料、收料、輸送、與加工等程序,所使用的生產設備為捲胴機械,例如在紡織廠的布匹捲繞、在造紙業的紙類捲繞、在塑化業的塑膠布捲繞、以及電纜製造業的運用。最近十年每年都發生捲胴式機器捲人致死的職災,因此本文探討自動化捲胴機械之安全特性及安全檢查要點;(1)從職災案例的事故分析、設備及生產系統安全性的工程分析,探討設備及生產系統所存在之危險;(2)比較國際標準、先進國家法令、本國法令,探討現有規定對於設備及生產系統本質安全是否周延,以及探討攸關捲胴式生產設備安全的論文及專利,研究如何藉由機械本質安全設計,以提出設備本質安全的設計改善方法,避免捲胴式生產設備發生危險,在顧及生產流程正常運作下,能夠消除勞工不安全行為;以及(3)現場訪視金屬、塑膠、薄膜電子、造紙、紡織五大產業,探討其設備及生產系統在運轉模式及維修模式的安全注意事項,依產業別分類製作其安全注意事項及安全檢查要點之建議。

Roll manufacturing equipment is the use of the rolling wheel, friction wheel, roller conveyor tube, rotation of materials storage tube and other machines, use in paper manufacturing, plastics and rubber manufacturing, textile spinning industry, metal smelting industry, printing and dyeing industry, aquaculture, as well as the delivery of raw materials all walks of life, the last ten years every year reel machine volume of fatal accidents; case from the cases of occupational injury accident analysis, engineering analysis to investigate the risk of equipment and its system in existence; and to explore the international standards, the advanced countries, laws, national laws, existing equipment, safety, and explore the relevance of the reel production equipment, papers and patents to the improvement of the intrinsically safe of machinery, to avoid roller equipment to the risk of design methods, to avoid the accident; and to explore the equipment and system in the safety of the operation mode and maintenance mode. Note to proposed safety inspection of the production equipment points and safety certification of the method will be proposed.
