適用於小型運動中心管理軟體之開發: 以跆拳道館為例

Software development of a small sports center management software: A case study of a Taekwondo club

摘要


本研究是關於一個小型運動館,以忠武跆拳道館為例。忠武跆拳道館資料整理仍然採用傳統的方法,如紙本等。為了提高工作效率,本研究使用知識管理的概念運用科技接受模型來評估與開發管理軟件,是否它真的幫助了跆拳道館有效和高效地工作。 本研究的貢獻是提出了修改XP模式,此模型提出是為了讓小型軟件的開發更加快速更簡單。 XP的是眾所皆知的,因其簡單,快速和成本的降低。由於本研究套用於預算有限的公司,因此本作者使用Excel的VBA開發該系統。 軟件的結果是由從科技接受模型中的感知有用性,感知易用性,使用態度,使用意圖和使用的因素的調查數據的分析驗證。調查數據顯示,IT積極影響,提高了跆拳道館的工作效率。

This research is about management software development for a small club, a case study of ZhongWu Taekwondo Club which still uses traditional methods such as paper-based, etc. In order to improve the quality of their work, the author use knowledge management technology concept of information technology to evaluate if it really helps the Taekwondo club to work effectively and efficiently. The contribution of this research is the proposed modified extreme programming (XP) model, the author propose a modified model from agile software methodology. This model is proposed for the purpose of small software development, because it makes software development faster and simple. XP is well-known for its simplicity, fast, and cost reduction. For this budget limited firm, the author uses Excel VBA to develop the system. The results of the software is verified by the analysis of the survey data which is based from the factors of information technology acceptance which consists of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes toward usage, intentions of use, and usage. The survey data shows that information technology affects positively and improves the quality of work of the Taekwondo club.
