高雄地區受居家照顧者生活品質與服務品質之探討

摘要
本研究以高雄地區A居家護理所為例，高雄地區受居家照顧者生活品質與服務品質。本研究以便利抽樣方式，對高雄市個案A居家護理所的高齡者共188位進行問卷調查，有效問卷回收率為100%。蒐集樣本資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差相關來進行統計分析。
本研究發現如下：首先、高齡者對高雄市A居家護理所的居家照顧服務品質認知為中上認同度，且不會因為高齡者背景的不同而對居家照顧服務品質認知有顯著差異。其次，高齡者接受高雄市A居家護理所的居家照護服務後，對於生活品質認知為中上認同度，且不會因為高齡者背景的不同而對接受居家照顧服後的生活品質認知有顯著差異。最後，居家照顧服務品質與生活品質彼此之間具有正向的相關性，其中以「結果品質」與「生活品質」的相關性最高，反之「生理狀態」與「服務品質」的相關性最高。

This study investigates the relationship between the life quality and service quality for home care service receivers in Kaohsiung. This research uses a convenient sampling method and distributes questionnairs to 188 elders, who receive home care services provided by the case A company, which is located in Kaoshiung city. Based on the questionnaires, the number of the effective questionnaires is 188. The collected data are analyzed by the descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analyses.
The main findings of this research are as below: first, the elders who receive home care services provided by the case A company have recognized the intermediate-high level of the quality of services, and it is insignificant to elders’ backgrounds. Second, the elders who receive home care provided by the case A company have recognized the intermediate-high level of the quality of life, and it is insignificant to elders’ backgrounds. Finally, the findings show that for the elders, the quality of services is positive correlated to the quality of life, that the outcome quality is highly positive correlated to the quality of life, and that the physiological status of the elders is highly positive correlated to the quality of services.
