在現今的多元社會,已經不再獨厚於升學主義,總是讀書升學然後可以求得好工作的求學模式,將會開始面臨衝擊。因此本創作由社會變遷的少子化現象影響學區就讀學校開始,加上十二年國民教育政策的推動,使得各校開始面臨招生問題,尤其大溪國中相較於都會區學校,是屬於的鄉村型的偏遠學校,更要能發展屬於自己獨有的校園特色,也要發展多元學習的可能性,才會吸引更多不同才能的學生前來就讀。 因此,本創作在分析相關社會現象,以及教育政策,並且研究學校行銷的論述後,進行了與鄰近學校的詳細評估以及S.W.O.T.分析,據此找出了大溪國中的四大特色:學習環境寬敞及優美、運動團隊的熱血精神、人文藝術的陶冶,以及寓教於樂的學習成效,以運用文宣影像,拍攝宣傳短片的方式進行創作。以提升學校品牌精神及形象,並且期望在官方網站前放入宣傳影片,還將在學校重要慶典中播放,達成吸引更多優秀人才留下來的目標。
In today’s society, education system is no more exam-oriented. Studying hard and then entering a top school is no more a guarantee of a great job. Therefore, the creation is on the basis of influences of the trend of fewer children and Twelve-Year-Basic-Education which cause schools facing recruiting problems. Furthermore, Dasi Junior High School is a remote school in rural area in comparison with schools in metropolitan area. As a result, Dasi Junior High School needs to develop features of its own and possibility of multi-learning in order to attract students with differerent potentials. After analyzing related social phenomena, educational strategies and studies of school marketing, the creation makes a detailed comparison and S.W.O.T. analysis of Dasi Junior High School and its neighbor school which leads to find out specific features of Dasi Junior High School. The most significant features of Dasi Junior High School are: beautiful and spacious learining environment; enthusiastic spirit of athletic teams; bathing in arts and humanities; infusing fun into teaching. By photographing a promotional film, the creation aims to enhance brand spirit and image of the school. The promotional film is expected to be played on official website and important events of the school and accomplishes the purpose of recruiting more students.
