以使用者體驗觀點探討持續使用行動App服務之研究

A Study to Continuously Using Mobile App by the Perspective of User's Experience

摘要


隨著行動科技蓬勃發展,而行動App服務所提供最重要的核心就是以使用者為中心,重視使用者的體驗與感受。因此,本研究以使用者角度來探討使用者持續使用行動App服務之影響因素,理論架構主要基於Kiseol and Laura (2009)提出之使用價值模型,探討使用者持續使用行動App服務之影響因素。其中使用價值以及「主觀規範」對「使用體驗」之影響,並進一步探討「使用體驗」對「持續使用」之影響。研究採用網路問卷調查法,以具有行動App服務並持續使用者為研究對象,共回收200份有效問卷,經由結構化方程式模型之建構與實證後,本研究之結果如下: 1.「金錢價值」、「社群價值」、「功能價值」、「情感價值」以及「主觀規範」對「使用體驗」有正向影響的效果。 2.「使用體驗」對於「持續使用」也具有正向影響的效果。 而研究之結果,可以提供行動App服務軟體開發商,了解現階段使用者主要是以功能價值為最強烈體驗的感受,而情感價值為輔,所以此研究希望能幫助行動App服務軟體開發商從這兩方面來做改進與修正。此外,此外本研究之結論從「體驗」的角度建立使用者「持續使用」模型,對於學術界亦有相當之參考價值。

With the rapid development of mobile technology, the mobile App core service is based on user to create the service, and emphasis on user’s experience and feelings. Therefore, in the research is based on continuously using mobile app service perspective of user’s experience effect. This study develops a research model “customer’s value” model addressed by Kiseol and Laura (2009), to explore the affection of continuously using mobile app service. The “customer’s value” model advocates that the experience comes from four key aspects: monetary, social, function, and emotion aspect. So this research model includes seven constructs: monetary, social, function, emotion, user’s experience, continuously using of mobile app service. This study takes survey questionnaire and collects 200 forms. Through structural equation model for statistical analysis, the summary and the results are listed briefly as follows: 1. Monetary, social, function, emotion have positive effort to user’s experience 2. User’s experience has positive effort to continuously using. In the study conclusion can provide mobile App development to realize user’s experience the most force feeling of function value, as well as emotion value is second factor effect to user’s experience more. Hence, this study can give some suggestions to mobile App development so that they can modify from the two aspects. In addition the conclusion also can help the academics to build the “continuously using model” from the “experience” view.
