低功耗即時心率偵測無線傳輸裝置

摘要


隨著國人每年平均所得的增加,對於健康維護的需求也日益重視,加上近年來國人對生活品質的要求越來越高,因此在坊間可以看到慢跑、單車、健身房等為普遍的運動方式。而在運動的過程中,體內各組織對於氧氣的需求量增加,促使心臟必須加速心跳以供應身體各組織細胞所需之氧氣消耗量。因此在有氧、無氧運動的檢測對於運動中人員格外重要。 在5.3KHz調變的方式實現無線心率偵測設計,本研究可分為傳送端與接收端兩個部分,傳送端電路主要是在得到心電訊號後將訊號調變為5.3KHz,再透由無線的方式將訊號發送出去,而接收端電路主要是將調變後的訊號顯示出來。在這樣的架構下,使用者可以帶著身上的量測裝置隨處移動,而不用再受到傳輸線的限制,因此受測者可以根據此系統所觀察到的心臟活動狀態來改變自己的運動方式,進而達到最佳的運動效果。 本研究在電子設計上以OPA為架構,無線傳輸頻率為5.3KHz,最大傳輸距離為65cm,在電力提供部分,發射端電路使用水銀電池CR2354可達到643HR的使用時間,在接收端電路方面搭配8051,並以組合語言程式撰寫顯示程式,做為即時心率偵測。

With increased of GDP in Taiwan, people are paying more attention about their own health now. To maintain good body health and having a good living quality, people usually chose to exercise, by going out to a gym, or jogging and bicycling. During exercising, human body requires more oxygen for organism tissue. Human hearts will need to work harder to supply. So, it’s important for exercising people to test their heart rate during aerobic and anaerobic exercise. In this reasearch, the heart rate testing is done wirelessly by 5.3KHz modulation. The circuit has transmitting and receiving parts. When getting heart rate data, transmitting circuit will send out the signal through 5.3KHz modulation, while receiving parts will read the modulation signal and show the data on screen. By using a product, designing under the above structure, user can carry this product freely anywhere without worrying about traditional cable length constraints. User can also base on this remote heart rate data system to adjust their exercise plans to improve efficiency. In this study the electronic structure designed according to the OPA for the wireless transmission frequency is 5.3KHz, the maximum transmission distance of 65cm, In the power provide, Transmitter circuits can be achieved using a mercury battery CR2354 then use 643HR, the receiver circuit area with 8051 and to display the program assembly language programming for live heart rate detection.
