摘要
本研究討論社會人士參與非營利組織的因素。本結構方程模式的研究結果發現，影響參與非營利組織行為的各因素中雖以行為意圖影響力最大。但是，最終仍是以知覺行為控制為決定影響程度的關鍵因素。

Abstract

This study discussed the determinants of participae in the non-profit organization. The results of the structural equations modeling show that the behavioral intention has the most significant influence on the decision to join the non-profit organization. However, it is determined by the perceived behavior.
