計畫行為理論在體育教學設計之應用

The Theory of Planned Behavior Applied to Design of Physical Education Teaching

摘要


計畫行為理論是透過行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制等因素來預測人類的行為意圖,進而去影響一個人的行為(Ajzen, 1985)。而體育教學是一個有計畫、有目的的師生互動歷程,教師依據教與學的原則,透過各種具教育價值的運動項目為媒介,以有效的教學策略或學習活動,指導學生學習,以期達承先啟後的傳薪,以及培養健康、身心快樂的一種學習歷程(周宏室,1994)。在整個教學的過程中,教師的角色舉足輕重,教師的教學行為更是攸關整個教學的成敗。故本文以國內外相關計畫行為理論為基礎,並對於體育教師在影響教學行為意圖的三個因素來做探討,並試圖將計畫行為理論套用至體育教學,讓體育教師可以瞭解並避免會影響到整個體育教學行為的因素。

Theory of planned behavior is using one’s behavior and attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and other factors to predict human behavior intention, and thus to influent a person’s behavior (Ajzen, 1985). The physical education is an well-planed and purposeful interactive progress between teachers and students, teachers should base on the principles of teaching and learning and through a variety of educational value of sport as a medium for their effective teaching strategies or learning activities, guiding students to connect knowledge, and help them develop a healthy physical and mental happiness during the learning process (Zhou Hong Room, 1994). In the teaching process, teachers are the most important roles, teachers’ teaching behavior is relevant to the success of the entire teaching. Therefore, this paper gathered domestic and foreign literature about the theory of planned behavior as the article based and discuss the three factors impact the physical education teachers’ teaching behavioral intention. Try to apply the theory of planned behavior into teaching physical education, and provide physical education teachers to understand and avoid the elements which could affect teachers’ teaching behavior.
