摘要


網際網路與行動通訊技術的發展與使用,讓一般社會大眾在數位時代下彼此之間的聯繫更加緊密。近年來智慧型手機快速的發展,讓用戶於各式場合都能夠隨心所欲的上網與操作各種服務。本研究以室內室外定位系統為主,整合Android行動裝置為平台,希冀在Android系統之下的智慧型手機越來越普及的同時,藉由定位照護的服務,能夠擴及到更多的應用層面,包括老人與小孩的走失偵測、外出旅行者的軌跡路線追蹤、身心障礙者的行動導引系統等等,藉此擴大數位服務的範圍,讓行動裝置不再只是提供殺時間的遊戲道具,而是更能夠成為關懷與照護需求的強大系統。本研究以一般大眾為對象,實作一款能夠以Android設備運行的系統,運用定位技術以及計算幾何實現戶外區域感知功能,整合雲端網路服務即時傳遞感知訊息;並且設計「安全區域」的功能,允許系統透過設定過的安全範圍,計算使用者是否離開了該範圍區域,如果判斷已經離開則發出警告通知,提醒使用者進行相對應的動作。

On widely use of Internet and mobile communication technologies, the population can get easier to communicate to others in the digital era. And the rapid development of smart phones allows users to all kinds of situations for accessing to a variety of Internet services. In this study, we implement a system to locate the user position both in indoor and outdoor environment and monitor them. This system is implemented based on Android OS and combines GPS outdoor positioning and Wi-Fi indoor positioning technology. A PHP server is as well as build for data storage and response to carer’s query. A functionality called “safe area” is designed and implemented, allowing system to determine whether the user leaves a predefined safe range. If the user leaves, an alarm function will be activated to inform the carer so that the carer can handle the event. This system has the potential to be extended to diverse territories, including the elderly and children stray detection, route tracing out the trajectory of travelers, disability action guidance systems, etc.
