隨醫藥與科技進步,人口老化已是世界趨勢,人口高齡化伴隨慢性病及社會問題,居家照護成為解決此項問題重要關鍵之ㄧ。近年來結合醫學及電腦技術的醫療資訊是重要的發展項目,其中又以網際網路和醫學結合的應用最受矚目。本研究目的為將網路攝影機與個人電腦結合為一居家照護影像工作平台,藉由網路連結居家照護影像與伺服器,將網路攝影機影像傳送至伺服器,讓異地遠端使用者登入後,可瀏覽即時影像或回放錄影存檔,並評估影像壓縮與網路傳輸效能。 本研究方法為自數位攝影機拍攝假體影像,於不同解析度及不同距離測試攝影機拍攝能力,然後將視訊影像檔以MJPEG、MPEG4及H.264壓縮格式,分別使用不同影片位元率及影片畫面更新率參數,由五位受測者對各不同參數影片評分,得到最佳參數。利用個人電腦透過網路傳輸即時影像,評估此壓縮參數在不同頻寬傳輸條件下影片品質,並租用中華電信雲端服務評估雲端影像可行性。 結果為本研究可建構雲端居家照護影像,影像以H.264壓縮格式在1024Kbps影片位元率及30fps畫面更新率下,1024Kbps的1.5至2倍傳輸頻寬,可達預期影像品質。系統限制為若同時多人瀏覽即時影像則頻寬必須提升,可自行租用雲端服務業者雲端服務,但目前本研究之服務只容許以Windows作業系統登入租用的雲端服務,未來應擴充以容納其他如Android等系統。此一結果可提供發展居家照護系統參考,期早日達到遠距居家照護系統普及,以提升居家照護品質。
With the advances in medical and technology, an aging population has become a global trend of the world. Home care is the key to solve elderly chronic diseases and elderly social issues subsequently. Medical information combined medical and computer system has became an important application. Transmission medical information by internet is one of the applications. The system we studied combine IP camera and PC as a home care images platform. It get home care images by IP camera and transmit compression images to image server via Ethernet. Remote client may view real-time videos and replay the home care images when logging in this system. Finally we estimate the efficiency of compression images and network communication. The research method is to get prosthesis images by IP camera, and then take different resolution pictures at different distance. We compress the images with different kinds of bit rate and frame rate at MJPEG MPEG4 and H.264 formats. Five viewers judge these videos to find the best parameters. Transmit the real-time videos via internet, and evaluate images quality adjusting the bandwidth. Rent cloud computing services to assess the possibility of cloud images. The result is the study can view the home care images in cloud. We get expected images with 1024Kbps and 30fps at H.264 format by means of 1.5 to 2 times bandwidth. The system restriction is wide bandwidth needed when multiplayer reviewing the images at the same time. But we only can log in the cloud image system with Microsoft Windows system. We should expand it containing other system such as Android. These results provide a reference when developing cloud home care images system. Make home care images system popularity, and improve home care quality.
