台灣的IC設計在2007年時,整體產值佔了半導體產業的26%,在世界排名已高居第二位,本產業對台灣而言是具有世界級競爭力的產業,而ERP又是一個產業在營運時,不可或缺的系統。時因此本研究針對IC設計產業,以個案訪談的方式,對三家已經有導入ERP經驗的企業,歸納出該業的關鍵營運流程。針對SAP與ORACLE兩家ERP套裝軟體廠商,探討企業營運的關鍵流程在兩套軟體上的作法,評估其可行性和討論其解決方案的差異。而研究也發現雖然IC設計產業80%的公司採用外包方式來生產製造產品,但是前後段的銷售、庫存與成本與生產資訊仍息息相關,所以這段公司外的流程仍深刻的影響到ERP導入的過程與方向。另一個值得重視的問題是高達46%以上的關鍵流程是需要客製化的,這是考量選擇ERP軟體時,不再僅僅是個流程平台,開發與整合的彈性也是個越來越重要的課題。最後希望能透過這些資料收即予差異比較給予IC設計產業在導入ERP軟體時有不同的思考方向。
This thesis is aimed at IC Design House industry. We use the case study methodology to interview three IC design house.Try to analyze and find out the key process of this industry. This study picks two ERP solution provider "SAP and Oracle". To compare the difference of their solution and feasibility. Although Over 80% design house chose outsourcing to make their product.But enterprice process just like sales, inventory and costing are all influenced by this outsourcing process. Another important factor is customizing. In this study, over 46% key process need to customize to fit the enterprise flow. Maybe a suvey of the ERP solution can pay more attention about the coding tool and integrable platform in the future.
