本研究主要是針對數位學習導入保險公司教育訓練之案例研討,使用的方法是質化研究的深入訪談方法以及量化的問卷調查方法並用。以保險公司做個案之分析,對個案公司主管進行深入訪談以及業務人員進行問卷調查,希望藉由此兩種不同之方法與不同之角度,由公司立場與員工之立場,更深入了解數位學習導入保險公司教育訓練之現況,以了解使用的動機、不願參與的動機、使用的頻率、使用上的困難、數位學習帶來的正面效益以及知識分享的意願等。希望藉由這些資訊能提供企業作為數位學習系統推行的參考依據,使企業能降低成本及風險,提昇企業的競爭力。 由研究結果顯示: 1.參與網路大學之動機是為了提升專業能力。 2.不參與網路大學學習是因為沒有時間。 3.造成數位落差的主因為年齡因素。 4.多數者使用網路大學頻率並不高,平均每月使用一次。 5.參與網路大學能提升保單之銷售。 6.員工最常參加的是行銷課程。 綜合得知,數位學習並非只是公司單向的提供資訊與科技,公司應該合理的去評估投資的效益與成果,適度的調整相關需求,提供給員工適當的協助,課程內容的調整,鼓勵員工知識分享,讓數位學習能夠發揮效果,使企業能因此提升企業組織效率、提升業績、藉此節省更多的企業訓練成本,使企業與員工皆能產生更大之利益。 關鍵字:數位學習,教育訓練,網路大學
This research is a case study focusing on the application of e-Learning for training employees of insurance company. This research uses two different methods which are the qualitative (i.e., in-depth interview) and quantitative (i.e., questionnaire), respectively. This includes the investigation of the motive 、difficulties and used frequency of implementation in enterprise, the contents of e-learning course. And try to propose a suggestion for the improvement or guidance. Those suggestions may reduce the cost and risks of an enterprise interested in the e-learning system. According to the purpose of list below: 1. Motivation of joining Network Learning is to improve the professional ability. 2. The major reason to participate in the internet university is upgrade specialized ability. 3. The major reason not to participate is insufficient time. 4. There was a high percentage of workers used frequency less of the internet university. 5. There major reason has upgrade triumph. 6. the most interesting courses for the employees are the sales series. According to the study, a successful e-learning system not single in support of information and technology. The company should to estimate benefit,supports employees needs,a curriculum to adjust,may reduce the cost and risks of an enterprise interested in the e-learning system. The application of e-Learning helps to reduce the education training cost down,for the correlation with enterprise's competitiveness,e-Learning applications give the an organization profit and whole operational efficiency raise.
