壽險業數位學習成效之研究

摘要


面對日益變化,極具競爭的壽險市場,人才培育成為各壽險公司極為重視的一環,因此,本研究以壽險人員數位學習成效為焦點,運用相關文獻進行分析推論,並透過問卷調查方式,了解壽險業業務人員數位學習的使用情形與學習效果。 本研究採用問卷調查法,針對使用數位學習的壽險公司之外勤人員為抽樣母體,共發放650份問卷,發放方式為研究者自行發放。回收535份問卷,扣除無效問卷後總計412 份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為63.4%。問卷回收後,以SPSS17.0版統計軟體進行資料處理、分析,並驗證本研究所提出之假設模型。統計方法以敍述性統計、信度分析、相關分析、變異數分析、層級迴歸等進行資料分析。 最後,本研究的結果在壽險業業務人員數位學習的使用情形與學習效果部分,壽險業務人員對於數位學習系統的使用感受程度表現滿意,且壽險業務人員認為使用數位學習系統後有助於學習效果的提升,另外也證明了涉入程度對壽險業務人員的學習成效有正向的影響,組織學習文化對壽險業務人員的學習成效有正向影響,而組織學習文化在涉入程度與數位學習成效之間產生干擾效果。因此,本研究建議提升業務人員之涉入程度,並營造有助於學習成效的組織文化,以促使組織中成員於個人內外素質上的提升。

Facing an ever-changing and extremely competitive insurance market, life insurance companies have attached great importance to manpower cultivation. This study, therefore, focuses on the e-learning effectiveness of life insurance sales agents, using relevant document for analysis and inference, to understand how life insurance sales agents are using e-learning and its effectiveness, by means of questionnaires. Through a total of six hundred and fifty questionnaires distributed by the researcher himself, this study targeted at life insurance sales agents using e-learning as the sampling population. Four hundred and twelve questionnaires were valid, after a deduction of invalid copies from the total five hundred and thirty-five collected questionnaires, accounting for 63.4% of effective response rate. After being collected, the questionnaires were processed and analyzed by the SPSS17.0 version of statistical software, to verify the proposed hypothetical model of this study. And the data were analyzed through statistical methods including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, AVOVA, and hierarchical regression. It is the conclusion of this study that with regard to the usage and effectiveness of e-learning by life insurance sales agents, they are satisfied with their experience of using e-learning system, and they believe the use of e-learning system helps promote their learning performance. It also proves that life insurance sales agents’ involvement to e-learning has a positive effect on their learning performance, and that organizational learning culture has a positive effect on life insurance sales agents, learning effectiveness, while organizational learning culture generates interference effect between involvement and e-learning effectiveness. Therefore, this study suggests to enhance life insurance sales agents’ involvement in e-learning, and to build an effectiveness-friendly organizational culture, so as to improve both the internal and external quality of every member in the organization.
