液靜壓主軸與導軌系統之專利分析

摘要


中文摘要 本文針對液靜壓主軸及其軸承系統以及液靜壓導軌及其支承系統建立專利地圖,包括專利技術圖,以及專利權利要件圖,其說明如下: (1) 專利技術圖包括技術/功效分類基本表,專利分析摘要表,技術分布鳥瞰圖,功效分布鳥瞰圖,技術領域歷年發展圖,指定公司(前十大為原則)歷年技術發展圖與技術/功效矩陣。 (2) 專利權利要件圖著眼於專利權範圍(claim)之分析,以釐清特定技術(壓力自動補償技術)的類似專利(可調式節流器)間,其專利權範圍差異。 (3) TRIZ發明理論分析專利,可以架構發明問題的求解題流程,這 樣才能縮短發明的時間及提升發明內容的水準。 利用專利技術圖加以剖析成技術研發人員更能了解之技術語言及層次之各種技術分析,此部分若能做好詳盡之分析,使研發者了解該專利技術的密度,即可作為迴避設計、技術地雷、技術挖洞或想做新改良發明等之參考資訊,及研發靈感的重要來源

ABSTRACT This study aims that the estiblishments of patent technical charts, and patent claim charts for hydrostatic spindle and slideway systems, seeing contents as follows: (1) The patent technical charts include the basic chart of technique/efficiency-classification, the summarized chart of patent classification, the bird's eye view of technique-distribution, the bird's eye view of efficiency-distribution, and the over year's development chart of technique fields, designated company (first ten main points are principles) the over year's chart of technique-development and the matrix of technique/efficiency. (2) Patent claim charts focus analyses of claims for a specific technique (pressure auto-compensation) of the similar patents (tunable or variable restrictors) to distinguish their differences. Use the patent technique charts to analyze every kind of teachniques for the researchers understanding.If analyze it well in this part for the researcher realize the patent technique’s density,people can use it to be the reference material of avoid design, technique landmine, technique digging or new invention improving and the important source of the researching inspiration.
