靜壓軸承之節流器特性量測與分析

摘要


中文摘要 鑑別薄膜節流器之薄膜節流參數及薄膜順從係數,使用自行設計的靜壓節流測量儀量測進口壓力、出口壓力、流量溫度,再使用線性迴歸方程式求解薄膜節流器的薄膜節流參數及薄膜順從係數及兩者之無因次係數。
