本文以外圓磨床之開式靜壓滑軌為研究對象,滑軌形式為一V一平之組合,共有9個油腔,油腔的幾何形狀為溝槽之形式,其中平軌與V軌之油腔數分別為3個及6個,且各油腔間無回油槽之設計。供油方式採用定壓供油,使用油品為Mobil vacuoline 1409,並使用自行設計之節流器,其節流器之形式為半圓形毛細管,作為壓力及流量調節之元件,並藉由實驗結果來探討靜壓滑軌之面積係數、流量係數、毛細管節流常數及靜剛度係數,對靜壓滑軌特性之影響。 根據文獻,可以得知面積係數與流量係數直接影響靜壓滑軌的承載能力及流量大小,故將實驗結果代入理論公式,並與理論分析來進行比較與驗證,由實驗結果,來分析實驗滑軌之特性優劣,並藉由理論公式來設計油腔之幾何形狀及尺寸大小,來改善滑軌的性能,使其具有足夠的承載力及靜剛度,進而提高靜壓滑軌的特性。
This study presents the grinding machines with open-type hydrostatic slideways, which are contained with V-type and Flat type. The V-type has six recesses and Flat type has three recesses. The nine recesses which are provided by constant oil pressure and oil is the Mobil vacuoline 1409. The half-circuit capillary restrictors are used as pressure regulators. The area coefficient, flow coefficient, power coefficient and capillary restrictor coefficient are the main parameters of the performance of slideways. According to the research. The area coefficient and flow coefficient are directly effect on load-carrying ability and flow. The study verifies the effects of parameters of open-type hydrostatic slideways with capillary restrictors, and compares the experimental results with theoretical analysis. To analyze the characteristics of open-type hydrostatic slideways, and to improve the performances of slideways. To ensure that slideways have enough load capability and reduce the rate of flow and the power lose, and increase the characteristics of slideways.
