開式靜壓滑軌之特性探討

摘要


本文以外圓磨床之開式靜壓滑軌為研究對象,其滑軌形式為一V一平之組合,油腔為多腔形式,採定壓供油方式,並使用毛細管節流器作為壓力調節之元件。 影響靜壓滑軌性能的主要參數有滑軌尺寸、毛細管節流常數、節流器之進口壓力、節流壓力比、油膜厚度及潤滑油黏度,本文以實驗方法,探討這些參數對開式靜壓滑軌靜態性能與動態性能之影響,並由理論分析與實驗結果比較,建立改善靜壓滑軌靜態與動態性能之設計方法。

The study of grinding machines with open-type hydrostatic slideways is presented. This hydrostatic slideways are V-flat type with multi-recesses which are provided by constant oil pressure and capillary restrictors are used as pressure regulators. The size of slideways, restricting parameter, the inlet pressure, pressure ratio, film thickness and the lubricant viscosity are the main parameters of the performance of slideways. The influences on the static and dynamical characteristics of open-type hydrostatic slideways are investigated by the experimental method. According to the experimental results and theoretical analysis, the design method to modify the performances are proposed.
