閉式靜壓滑軌動態特性分析及測試

摘要


本文探討閉式靜壓滑軌使用毛細管節流與薄膜節流器時,其工作台受動態負載作用時,隨外加衝擊而改變之油膜剛度與油腔液阻變化。 使用模態分析,求得系統共振頻率及阻尼比,在不改變機台結構下,探討節流器之節流係數的調整,以增加動剛度,提高共振頻率以及增大阻尼比,來壓制機台振動及避免共振。

This study discuss the close-type hydrostatic slideways by using capillary restrictor and membrane-type restrictor, and the variation of film stiffness, with the change of addition impulse. The resonance and damping ratio obtained by using modal analysis. The Adjustment of restriction parameters, increase of resonant frequency or damping ratio to bridge the vibration and to avoid the resonance are discussed when the structure of machine was not change.
