以行為模式分析進行智慧型居家照護系統設計

Design an Intelligent Homecare System Based on User Behavior Analysis

摘要


人口結構的老化已經成為開發中或已開發國家所必須面臨的問題,隨著人口的老化所帶來的問題包含慢性疾病和居家照護的需求增加;據經建會資料,台灣65歲以上老人獨居者約有30萬人其中需長期照護者約17萬人,如何提供老人更安全更健康的居家照護環境是目前智慧型居家照護系統研究的主要目的。 本研究在於設計居家日常活動狀態監控系統,來監控居住者每天的日常活動,當居住者的日常活動狀態不符合正常情況,系統就通知照護者及緊急聯絡人,來對於被照護者提供照護;在本研究中,我們利用感測器捕捉被照護者的位置、活動時間、最大活動量(Most Dynamics)以及活動的持續時間,當系統發現有不符合正常狀態的資料時會透過照護系統提醒照護者,照護者收到照護訊息後再對於被照護者給予適當的照護。 本研究並且能改良傳統的「獨居老人緊急救援系統」無法處理當被照護者本身無法對外求救的情況,當被照護者在家中跌倒或是心血管疾病發作而無法去使用救援系統時,本系統會根據以往所紀錄家中每一個位置的「最大活動量」(Most Dynamics)來當作被照護者在家中某一位置無動作的最長時間依據,一旦超過警戒值就會對照護中心發出緊急通報,照護中心再依照緊急通報的處理流1程來進行照護。 本研究主要目的是想從傳統需要被照護者提出照護需求的被動式的照護模式,進而提升到由照護單位去監控被照護者的日常生活的主動式照護模式,來提高獨居老人在家的安全性及照護的品質。

The aging of the population structure has become a developing or developed countries must face the problem, with the aging of the population contain the problems brought about by chronic illness and increased demand for home care; information, according to the CEPD, Taiwan independence, the elderly over 65 years of age Home of which about 30 million people who need long-term care of about 17 million people, the elderly how to provide safer and more healthy environment for home care is the intelligent home care system, the main purpose of the study. This study is the design of the living state of home monitoring systems, to monitor the daily activities of the residents every day. When the state of the resident daily activities is inconsistent with the normal circumstances, the system will notify the caregivers and emergency contact person. In this study, we have used the sensors to capture the location, activity time, the longest trigger interval (Most Dynamics), as well as the duration of activities, when the system is found the normal state of the information will be reminded the caregivers through the care system with suitable care message for giving appropriate care. This study improves the disadvantage of traditional "Emergency Announce System for Individual Elder" does not work if the elders are in some situation, such as the elder fallen down or unconscious. The system will record "the longest trigger interval" (Most Dynamics) value of the resident in each location at home to be deemed to be the longest non-action basis of the location at home of for the caregiver. When the value is over the warning threshold, the control centers will be issued an urgent notification and the care center will deal with in accordance with the emergency notification process. The main purpose of this study is from the traditional reactive care model to proactive care mode by monitoring the daily living activity of the resident in the home environment. And the proactive care model can improve the safety and the care quality of the individual elder at home.
