本研究使用科技接受模式,分析智慧居家系統的使用現況,可提供資訊廠商在開發智慧居家系統經銷商在推廣行銷及消費者居家使用之參考依據。研究結果為:(1)智慧居家系統的主要應用在透天厝較多,且有高達50.4%的使用者使用此系統超過1年以上;(2)在遠端控管輔助智慧居家系統差異性方面, Android系統使用智慧居家系統高於iOS系統使用者;(3)智慧居家系統科技接受模式之驗證-「認知易用性」對「認知有用性」有正向顯著性之影響;「認知有用性」及「認知易用性」對「使用態度」有正向顯著性之影響;「認知有用性」、「使用態度」對「使用意願」有正向顯著性之影響;「使用意願」對「系統使用」有正向顯著性之影響;其它研究結果均支持本研究架構。
The study is about the technology acceptance model. In order to provide the development and improvement strategy for future communication IOT and system operation, we analyze the current using situation of the smart home system. The result of this study is showing below. 1.The smart home system is mainly used in Villa buildings, and up to 50.4% of users use this system for more than one years. 2.For the differentiation of remote monitoring smart home system, Android system users use the smart home system higher than the IOS system users. 3. The results of technology acceptance model of smart home system are: the perceived ease of use is significantly positive affected by perceived usefulness;the using attitude is significantly positive affected by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use;the willingnessess of using is significantly positive affected by perceived usefulness and using attitude;the system using is significantly positive affected by Willingness of using.
