本次研究主要以科技接受模式理論為基礎,冀望由此分析消費者對於智慧穿戴裝置在健康監測的接受度,提供系統開發者以消費者的角度做之後的系統的發展運作及改良參考。內文分析結果為:(1)過去使用智慧穿戴裝置健康監測功能以29歲以下大學學歷之男性軍公教執行業務階層人員居多;另工作地區為南部人員較多,且已經接觸此功能6個月以內;(2)在使用態度及使用意圖方面,29歲以下使用者評價高於40歲以上使用者,年薪較高人員對於四個構面上均持正面且肯定的態度,研究所(含以上)使用者對於認知有用性、使用態度及使用意圖評價高於專科及大學使用者;(3)科技接受模式導入智慧穿戴裝置健康監測功能後將發現-當「認知易用性」對「認知有用性」將有顯著的正向影響趨勢,「認知有用性」及「認知易用性」對「使用態度」將有顯著的正向影響;「認知有用性」及「使用態度」對「使用意圖」之影響將有顯著的正向影響,最後結果均支持本研究架構。
Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, this study aims to analyze consumers' acceptance of health monitoring services offered by smart wearable devices, with the goal of providing system developers with a reference for the development, operation, and improvement of the systems that are designed from the perspective of consumers. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) The users of the health monitoring function in smart wearable devices are dominated by male military personnel, civil servants and teachers aged under 29 years with a university degree, who are generally responsible for work execution; in terms of work area, a majority of the users worked in the South and had been exposed to the function for 6 months; (2) Regarding the attitude and willingness toward use, the users aged under 29 years made higher evaluations than those aged over 40 years, and the users with a high annual salary took a positive and affirmative attitude towards all four dimensions; (3) After the Technology Acceptance Model was introduced into the health monitoring function of smart wearable devices, it was found that “Perceived ease of use” had a significant positive effect on “Perceived usefulness”, while “Perceived ease of use” and “Perceived usefulness” had a significant positive effect on “Attitudes toward usability”; “Perceived usefulness” and “Attitude toward use” significantly and positively affected “Intention to use”. As such, the final results all support the framework of this study.
