摘要 本研究的主旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師組織創新氣氛與教師教學創新之關聯性。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣之公立國民中學教師為研究對象,總共發出495份問卷,問卷回收率為94.34﹪,有效問卷回收率為88.48﹪,有效樣本為438位教師。研究工具為「組織創新氣氛」問卷和「教師教學創新」問卷。問卷回收後分別以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關以及多元迴歸進行資料分析。本研究得到下列幾項結論: 一、桃園縣國民中學組織創新氣氛整體表現屬於大致良好,尤以「工作自主性」層面 表現最佳。 二、桃園縣國中教師教學創新整體表現屬於大致良好,尤以「教學方法多樣」層面表 現最佳。 三、男性、兼任行政職務、師資培育來源為師範院校的教師知覺到較高的組織創新氣氛。 四、年資為「11-20年」、兼任行政職務的教師知覺到較高的教師教學創新。 五、小型學校的教師感受到較佳的組織創新氣氛。 六、組織創新氣氛愈低,教師教學創新情況也會愈不佳。 七、組織創新氣氛對教師教學創新具有預測作用,其中以工作自主性為最主要的預測 變項。
Abstract The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between organization-innovation climate and teachers’ teaching innovation of Junior High Schools in Taoyuan County. This was a survey research. The questionnaires were mailed to 495 junior school teachers of Taoyuan county in Taiwan. The response rates were 94.34%,and the usable rates were 88.48%. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and multiple regression(step-wise-regression procedure).The major findings were as the following: 1. The teachers of junior high schools perceived a middle level on organization-innovation climate. Among the sectional scores, “freedom/ autonomy” was the highest. 2. The teachers of junior high schools perceived a middle level on teachers’ teaching innovation. Among the sectional scores, “multiple teaching methods” was the highest. 3. The teachers who were elder, their teachers’ cultivation system from teachers’ college, and part-time administrator perceived the highest performance of organization-innovation climate. 4. The teachers who worked from 11 to 20 years and part-time administrator perceived the highest performance of teachers’ teaching innovation. 5. The teachers who worked at small-size school perceived the higher performance of organization-innovation climate. 6. The more opposite function organization-innovation climate promotes, the bad teachers’ teaching innovation is. 7. The performance of organization-innovation climate predicts teachers’ teaching innovation, especially the aspect of “freedom/ automony.” Key Words: Junior High Schools , Organization-Innovation Climate, Teachers’ Teaching Innovation
