以現值觀點探討回收性產品之最佳存貨模式

摘要


摘 要 近年來由於人口的高度成長與經濟的過度發展,以及人類過於強調具體財富累積且盲信科技萬能,導致全球生態環境的嚴重破壞,環保議題因而成為全人類共同關切的焦點,而這種以全球生態環境保護追求人類福祉為關切主題的潮流與趨勢,已成為二十一世紀國際環保的主流。隨著環保意識抬頭,環境成本占企業總成本比重日益加重。而環保就是爲了能夠使物盡其用、不浪費資源,同時減低廢棄物對環境造成負擔。所以如何能利用資源再回收與再利用來降低相關成本,為企業在提升市場競爭力上之重要考量點。 在本論文中以產業界回收與資源再利用方式降低對環境的衝擊與節省生產成本,進而提昇企業競爭力。透過以現值觀點,探討出一套最佳化的存貨模式,並尋求最低成本的目的。本研究結論不僅可減少對環境的衝擊與危害,更可得最佳成本,提升產品競爭力、及增加企業形象。除對環境保護具有正面效益外;且其收益對整體產業經濟及社會而言,具有極大意義。

Abstract In recent years the world population sees a rapid growth, the global economy sees an over development, the human being emphasizes excessively the accumulation of material fortune and blindly believes that science and technology are the master keys for all the problems on the earth. This has led to a severe destruction of globe environment, which makes the topic of environment protection become the focus that all the humankind is deeply concerned. To protect globe environment and to secure a continually development are of the trend and mainstream in the 21st century. Given the better acceptance of environmental protection concept in the recent years. The ratio for this environmental protection cost out of the total cost a business entity is increasing dramatically. The purpose of environmental protection is to fully utilize all materials with no unnecessary waste, as well as to reduce the impacts caused by the wasted moving into the environment. Therefore, how to utilize processes to make relevant costs to a lower level, has become the key consideration to improve an enterprise’s competitiveness in the market . In this paper, the industry is selected for discussion on how to increase the competition ability of the enterprises by the recycle of production waste to reduce impact to environment. Here we used “the present valve” method to research the target of saving production cost. In order for minimizing cost, a set of optimized inventory model is designed and defined by the way of agreement and contract. The conclusion in this paper provides a feasible way of not only reducing the impact and harm to environment from production, but also getting the optimal production cost, raising competition ability and increasing the reputation of enterprises. In addition to a positive effect on environment protection, the gain from recycle method as discussed in this paper makes a great economic sense to the production industry and further to the society as well. .
