摘要


摘 要 近年來由於人口的高度成長與經濟的過度發展,以及人類過於強調具體財富累積且盲信科技萬能,導致全球生態環境的嚴重破壞,環保議題因而成為全人類共同關切的焦點,而這種以全球生態環境保護追求人類福祉為關切主題的潮流與趨勢,已成為二十一世紀國際環保的主流。 時代的進步除了提供人們科技與便利外,另一方面也造成糧食、能源及資源之需求的增加,然而地球上之自然資源及能源卻是有限的。以金屬原料為例,有些金屬可開採年限已不足五十年。因此能否有效地利用自然資源及能源,以降低自然資源及能源耗竭之速度,以成為地球能否「永續發展」重要關鍵之一。 在本論文中以印刷電路板(Printed Circuit Board)產業為例,以回收與資源再利用方式降低對環境的衝擊與節省生產成本,進而提昇企業競爭力。透過協商、合約的方式,發展出一套最佳化的存貨模式,尋求最低成本的目的。本研究結論不僅可減少對環境的衝擊與危害,更可降低成本,提升產品競爭力、及增加企業形象。除對環境保護具有正面效益外;且其收益對整體產業經濟及社會而言,具有極大意義。 關鍵字:綠色、環保、回收、存貨、印刷電路板

Abstract In recent years the world population sees a rapid growth, the globe economy sees an over development, the human being emphasizes excessively the accumulation of material fortune and blindly believes that science and technology are the master keys for all the problems on the earth. This has led to a severe destruction of globe environment, which makes the topic of environment protection become the focus that all the humankind is deeply concerned. To protect globe environment and to secure a continually development are of the trend and mainstream in the 21st century. The progress of times provides people with science, technology and convenience. In additional to these, it brings also the increased demand for food, energy and various resources. But in fact the nature resources and energy available on the earth are limited. Taking metal resource for an example, the remained exploitation time of some metals is only 50 years or less. Therefore, one of the keys for a continually development on the earth is to effectively utilize nature resources and energy and slow down their consumption speed. In this paper, the industry of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is selected for discussion on how to increase the competition ability of the enterprises by the recycle of production waste to reduce impact to environment and furthermore to reach the target of saving production cost. In order for minimizing cost, a set of optimized inventory model is designed and defined by the way of agreement and contract. The conclusion in this paper provides a feasible way of not only reducing the impact and harm to environment from production, but also cutting down production cost, raising competition ability and increasing the reputation of enterprises. In addition to a positive effect on environment protection, the gain from recycle method as discussed in this paper makes a great economic sense to the PCB industry and further to the society as well.
